b. Our coaching services include workout plans, nutrition advice, progress tracking, and communication with our experienced coaches.
c. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including features, at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Clients may cancel their subscription within the first month of signing up for our services and receive a full refund, provided they comply with the cancellation procedure outlined in our app.
b. After the initial one-month period, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Indemnification - IP Data Breach and App Issues
a. TAITRAIN shall not be held responsible for any IP data breach or app issues that are the fault of the app developer or third-party service providers.
b. In case any notice of claim is issued to TAITRAIN for any breach of IP or confidentiality caused by the app developer or third-party service providers, TAITRAIN may forward such notice of claim to FitBudd, the responsible party for addressing these matters.
5. Client Responsibilities
a. As a client, you must provide accurate and truthful information when signing up for our app and coaching services.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not access your account.
c. You agree to follow the workout plans and nutrition guidance provided by our coaches and promptly notify us of any health concerns or changes in your condition.
d. You understand that participating in physical activities carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your actions during workouts and training sessions.
6. Coach-Client Relationship
a. Our coaches are committed to providing personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. However, they are not medical professionals, and our services should not replace personalized medical advice.
b. Our coaches will communicate with you through the app, conduct Zoom calls, or personal daily WhatsApp conversations to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
7. Payments and Billing
a. Fees for our coaching services will be clearly communicated during the sign-up process, and payment will be processed through our secure payment gateway.
b. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances.
