I think I was born to be into fitness... I started playing rugby at age 3, and signed pro at age 17. During my professional rugby career, I was coaching and personal training. At 23, due to injury, I made a career change and started pursing CrossFit and Fitness Modelling. Since then, I have competed at The CrossFit Games, travelled around the world competing & modelling, I have written numerous fitness articles, featured in news/magazines & grown my social media to a combined 2mill+ across platforms. I am an athlete, model, influencer & coach- helping lead the way in the industry. And as one of the top CrossFit athletes in the world, I decided to show people how to get in shape through functional fitness but also conventional training. I now own a gym in the UK but spend most of my time working online with my clients around the world. Fitness has been my life & I have coached for over 10 years now.
When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. Due to the amazing results, as the app expands, we will be introducing new features, more follow along workouts and new coaches such as my partner Sapphire who specialises in female confidence, fitness & wellness.
